★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to leave a bad review but the hotel doesn't seem to think it is a big deal- their response was very dismissive and they haven't replied now for two months. Our bathroom hadn't been cleaned and even worse the toilet had been used and not flushed. Unfortunately we didn't discover this until late as we didn't arrive until late so chose to use the public bathrooms downstairs in the hotel. We were only there for one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The motel is okay. It's very standard and the pricing is alright for the 2 of us. Beds are quite firm and the noise from the cars through the walls is surprisingly loud. The TV channels are limited and the extras to the room are basic. The upside is location and staff. They're lovely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended: It was good, we will be back. The place was clean & comfortable the staff were friendly & helpful & it's in a good location close to the CBD. Not so enthusiastic about their rewards program tho, would have been better if they had left it the same, i will post an update if I receive my points for the stay. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 2 nights here and on the hottest days while here in Hamilton for my brothers wedding. My husband and I were really impressed with the cleanliness and the service all up - housekeeping was absolutely amazing - rooms were so good and my kids and hubby LOVE LOVE LOVED the pool . Breakfast is super basic so take extras. Not alot of liquor stores local so might pay to buy in advanced before going to the hotel . Pak N save is literally across the road so that was super handy ! We absolutely loved our time here and will be using Ventura whenever we are heading to Hamilton !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 2 nights there. The location was great, staff were great, breakfast all good . Hotel is little bit dated in some of areas. We found our two nights not great cause of the too much noise from people staying the level above us . I dnt blamed the hotel but those people should have some respect for others.Not a relaxing Easter wrkend for us .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, clean rooms. Beds are comfortable too! Price is reasonable. Inside is outdated but hey, there is always a for place for improvement and keeping it trendy and up to date!
The personnel are accommodating and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, super quiet room, comfortable bed, spa bath was nice. Pool area was nice but no sun loungers. Good location. Breakfast was basic but fine, but it would be nice if there were vegan options - soy milk and non-dairy yoghurt. Would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a relaxing 4 day break prior to Christmas at Ventura, Hamilton, so much that we returned again this week for another mini break.
This is a relaxed environment with much to offer:
The welcome offered by staff, as well as the genuine care and attention throughout our stays is something which continues to stand out for us. The staff clearly work as a team, with a professional approach to their job. At the same time, well balanced with a caring and friendly attitude.
Given the summer's heat the pool is an excellent add on.
Their rooms are extremely well kept, (with very comfortable beds and pillows). The daily tariff is one that also includes breakfast.
We have no hesitation in rating this accommodation 5 stars.
