★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the day here about ten years ago. We went out to the vineyards picking grapes for wine. Beautiful place with stunning views, we had a nice meal and sampled the wine. As payment we were given six bottles of Syrah. Still have a bottle kept from all those years ago!
A ferry leaves from Auckland every morning, its worth the trip just to see the island.
