★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left feeling very embarrased by staff querying our vehicle being on a WOF. Loudly commenting in front of other customers present. Our vehicle has been in before to them & no problems or questions asked. We wont be taking any vehicles there again and have heard from other people regarding their poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hour wait. Seems understaffed. For a lot of that time there were no vehicles in the main pit area. Maybe working the other commercial lane for imports?? Too long a wait but I guess with no booking system it's just the luck of the draw. Very thorough inspections and very good communications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here was second to none. I transported my motorcycle to the Tasman area recently. I needed to get it roadworthy and registered so I took it to the Stoke VINZ testing station.
I ran into difficulties starting the bike after it had passed the warrant of fitness and one of the staff who'd processed the warrant went right out of his way to get my bike up and running. Being new in this area and without the resources to deal with such a problem, the service and help I received was top notch and above the call of duty.
Highly recommend this Centre.
