★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Nicky at the Bethlehem salon earlier this week. When I explained I was in Bethlehem for a few hours only, she managed to shuffle her schedule so that I had ample time for my hair appointment and still be able to get my bus back to Auckland. Nicky is knowledgeable, skillful and cheery. I had a Keratin treatment and haircut. She explained clearly what to expect as the end result. She was also able to fix my butchered hair which was a home self-cut gone terribly wrong. I'm impressed how she was able to rectify this despite what I had done to my hair and love how my hair looks and feels now. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her as her friendly and cheerful disposition made time fly by. I'll certainly be back despite living in Auckland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was one hairstylist who was really friendly and helpful she initially did all the foils in my hair, to her thank you. If it wasn't for her I'd be giving 1 star because after you did my foiks there was another stylist who was not friendly at all, it looked like she had better places to be. When it came to blow-drying my hair and straightening it, the 2nd stylist was TERRIBLE!!! As a stylist you'd expect them to be able to do hair ranging from course to curly and not just European. I have semi wavy-curly hair and she looked absolutely miserable doing my hair, the look on her face was so off putting, she struggled to blow wave or straighten my hair properly I was almost in tears as I looked nicer coming into the salon than leaving. I felt embarrassed to go home an show my husband and family. I don't think I'll ever go to another salon again. Please don't go here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim has been absolutely incredible! I have been for 3 sessions going brunette to blonde and I'm in love with my new hair! She's done an amazing job - she always gives very good recommendations and is very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this salon. Had Michelle as my stylist who was very welcoming, friendly professional and informative. She did a great job & was efficient. The rest of the staff came across as friendly also. Not the first Vivo salon I have visited, but will make this one my regular. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. New to the area I was really looking forward to my appointment with Senior Stylist Nicky. Maybe I got her on a bad day but she was very rude and the whole experience was very unpleasant. No introduction. Barely let me speak at the star what I wanted. Rushed through, I was cut off each time while answering questions about what I wanted. Very poor communication. End result was reasonable in terms of the cut and color but the whole experience was so unpleasant and my worst so far! Will definitely go somewhere else next time. Being polite and some people skills don’t hurt :)

Absolutely did their best to meet our special requirements after being forgotten at The Crossing and just ignored by the support center. Won't be using the Vivo system again, that's for sure, but appreciate everything the Bethlehem crew did for us.

Daughters last trim cost $22 at this establishment (more than happy with that), today they wanted $58...for a trim, no hair wash, no drying $58 just for a trim on a kid!
When I questioned further was told that is the price.
Stick ya price, we wont be back. Disgusting.
