β β β β β Pretty average but not the worst I've had... questionable general hygiene and the chair i was directed to had some kind of white spillage on both the arms, didn't get to enjoy the massage chair because it wasn't turned on, nails maybe cut too short because it hurt when she filed them (file was rubbing my skin)... I think she was In too much of a rush as they had a pretty steady flow of clientele and they managed to turn them over pretty quickly.

β β β β β Walk in with daughter. Told it would be 30 minutes for my nails and 45 minutes for my daughter's nails. Proceeded to get my nails done. Felt rushed, only took 15 minutes. Daughter's were finished 5 minutes after. Both ladies had other people waiting, so went straight on to them. Told to help ourselves to hand lotion before they left.I felt the 2 ladies were laughing about our nails, which made me feel uncomfortable. Nails have started to chip and peel away 2 days after I had them done. Would not go there again. You pay for what you get. In my case chipped nails.

β β β β β As soon as we walked in no one said hello or how are you. This has happened everytime we go. Gel nails started to peel off same day i got them done last time I went. Today I decided to give it another try and asked for a design with normal nail polish but they denied me and said it wouldn't work and would only work with gel because it takes a long time to dry. This made me mad and made all the girls in there uncomfortable because the lady was very rude towards me and sounded very mad. This place makes me feel like all they care about is the money and not the customers as they never made me feel welcome. Will never go back there.

β β β β β Have been 4 times now, each trip has been worst than the last. The last one, I had a gel pedicure. Because they took my last lot of gels off, I got a quick leg massage while they were soaking off. Then I got absolutely no work done on my toes, apart from the nails. I was left with dry hard skin that would normally be removed with a pedi. When she literally ripped away the toe separater, and said I'm done, I asked if my toes would be scrubbed with the callous remover, and moisturized. The lady just looked at me and walked away. $60 they will never get from me again.

β β β β β Very underwhelming experience. Cheap nails no care and rushed to get the job done. Went for a manicure and they didn't even clean my nails properly just soaked in a bowl of warm water for a couple seconds. Will never be going back here. The whole experience was horrible. My nails look terrible and they even pulled my cuticle that it blead! Very cheap and poor experience. Staff don't make you feel welcome. Defo can tell they are only about the money not how the customers experience is.

β β β β β Went to get a mani, pedi gels today, I love my nails but I only have one critique and that is when I got my pedicure Gina was abit rough and it hurt when she was filling and cutting the cuticles thatβs all. First time going there overall experience was ok.

β β β β β It was my first time going to a nail salon and I'm pretty happy with how my nails turned out. I did like how they made suggestions/improvements to what I wanted since I'm not familiar with the different nail options. The only problem was when they were filing and prepping my nails for extensions and they were really rough but I guess it was because they were very busy and wanted to finish quickly. Overall great first experience, quite friendly!
