β β β β β Been coming here for about 1 year and getting my hair done by Vicky! She always considers what I want and whats best for my hair! I went from having naturally really dark hair to blonde, she got it to blonde whilst keeping it healthy and the length I wanted it! Couldnβt be happier and I get so many compliments! All the girls are all super friendly and really professional. Highly recommend!

β β β β β I went there, I had an appointment for a balayage, which I don't have.
First and foremost the hairdresser had zero desire to do my hair. I explained that I had had a balayage treatment last year and then a semi permanent color. When I booked I asked that over the phone and I was told there was no problem if I wanted to have a balayage now.
The hairdresser at Cashel Square literally said to me, βwell if on the phone, the secretary said that's, well...She's just the secretary.β
I mean if I call and ask and they give me an answer, I'm going to believe it because I trust the good quality information that a company gives. Anyway, the hairdresser just offered to do a test on my hair and see.
In the case that, according to her, my hair gave a good test result, the hairdresser was not able to do the balayage today because she had another appointment with someone else, even if I had an appointment today for a balayage (about three hours) and I had asked permission at work to be there.

Thanks so much Tomomi , not only did you give a great cut at a good price you really took the time to make Belle feel like a valued client. You were so friendly and professional. when we left Belle said she only wanted you to do her hair from now on.

β β β β β mikaela is so so lovely and does such a good job with my hair! i had my hair botched at another salon with a horrible balayage and she completely fixed it up for me which i was very appreciative of :) 100% recommend!

β β β β β I would like to thank Mikaela for a lovely hair colouring that I am very satisfied with. Mikaela is a very nice and friendly lady as well as a professionalist who listens customers needs. I asked for a SMALL hair cut of split ends and this is exactly what she did. I am trying to grow my hair and unfortunately I always ended up with a 10-15 cm hair cut in other hair salons so I was a bit hesitant to leave my hair with another hairdresses that I don't know. The concens were unnecessary and I cannot recomend Mikaela enough and I will definitely use her service in the future again.

β β β β β I went there few months back and got balayage done by Mikele. The colour didnβt came as expected and she promised that I can revisit them and she can correct it. I got another appointment with then after a month. When I went there they told me that I have to pay $75 again to get the job done. First of all you if you are charging me again why did you promise it on the first time. Secondly if itβs your policy then you should let me know over the phone or when I visited to book the appointment. So that I wonβt waste my time and energy to visit you .
Definitely you should look into your policies before you promise to you client. Now my hair is half black and blonde. Thanks to vivo hair salon.
