★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience yesterday at Vivo Royal Oak. Maurisa took my dry, over coloured hair and made it so much more natural looking and healthy. She was a professional every step of the way, spending time to find out exactly what I wanted in my colour and cut.
Everyone here is so friendly and provide a relaxed but professional environment.
Being very shy, I usually hate getting my hair done as I find it all so intimidating, but Maurisa and her lovely colleagues Zalton and Natasha were so down to earth, I've finally found my forever salon ☺️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im always very hesitant when going to a salon as i have major trust issues and lowkey do not like people touching my hair due to pass bad experience ? but from the moment we walked in to the moment we left Kandi made me and mum feel so welcome and comfortable. i had Zalton cut and put treatment through my hair and can i say he was not only so gentle but he did a amazing job ! Kandi literally brought life back into mums hair and mine too im forever thankful royal oak vivo for bringing some confidence back into our lives lol ? this is definitely my hair salon now ? i highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to my appointment today to find that they had stuffed up and mine had been eliminated. I gather they had changed systems but heard that I wasn't the only one who had this problem. Too close to Christmas for them to make another convenient appointment so back home with overly long hair! Been going to the salon for many years. Not happy.

He is one of the best that I have come across in NZ. I was pleasantly surprised to see the outcome, absolutely loved it! He was a good listener and understood my concerns so kindly. The team at Royal Oak was so friendly and welcoming. I can recommend their services 100%
