β β β β β I took my G-shock in to this shop as my battery needed to be replaced and i was missing a small adjustable part on rest band, beforehand i had taking to passco jewelers they had quoted $68 total cost,
So i went to royal oak shoe repairs cost me $17 very happy,
Great price, good customer service..

β β β β β I called to simply ask if they stock leather dye or leather paint. The guy who answered said they only have brown and black. I asked what shade brown, was it a chestnut brown. The guy said come to my shop and have a look, then hung up. Ummm what?! Iβm not going to drive all the way to your shop and waste my time if you canβt help a little more over the phone. Also very rude. I only give 3 stars to be polite because this shop has pretty good reviews otherwise.

β β β β β I had to give him 1 star as the system won't let me give ZERO out of FIVE. Does not stand by his work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a key cut but the blank he used was too thick for my lock. He would not believe me even though I showed him the difference in thickness between the original key and the one he cut for me. He charged me for another key which he said would fit. NOW I HAVE 2 KEYS WHICH DON'T FIT!!!! Serves me right for trusting him.
It is not worth my time and gas to go through this again.
Poor workmanship and terrible service.
Do yourself a favour and AVOID this merchant!!!
FYI - I am Asian as well in case anyone thinks this might be race related.
