★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veronica Kim did a below average job of my Keratin Complex treatment. After paying hundreds of dollars for the treatment they would not return my calls or my emails about the poor quality service i received. Still trying to contact them three months later.
This was 7 years ago. Why are you only now replying to my comment?! I didn't care who did my hair, it's more that it wasn't done properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Veronica's for the first time last week, after a recommendation from my sister and I was blown away by the skills displayed, and the outcome. She was the fastest hairdresser I have been to. I have dense hair and she washed it, blow dried, straightened, cut, and curled within 90 minutes. She has a warm personality and gave lots of tips for future maintenance. I think I have found my long term hair dresser :)

I get flattering cuts that grow out so well that I don’t even have to cut my hair for three months, which make such great value for money. Her colour techniques are so good and my hair stays in great condition for months. Thanks Veronica.
