Appointment that was made 8 weeks ago was confirmed earlier this week but the original stylist had left so changed to a different one (3rd time in 2 years, but was fine). Arrived to be told that they had tried to get hold of me for 2 days because my appointment was cancelled. My phone was on the entire time - no calls or msgs. Next available appointment- 16 April! What a valued client I am!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with the amazing Grave from Vivo Silverdale for over 5/6 years now and she is beyond amazing! I couldn’t recommend Grace enough. She always puts you first and takes her time to make sure you walk out of the salon feeling and looking amazing! She is kind, friendly, talented and full of knowledge. She always gives honest feedback about your ideas and makes sure you are happy with the final product. I would never ever change hairdressers and recommend VIVO Silverdale to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Shannon! Not only is she lovely every time I have my hair done, she has given me the colour that I was told I would never be able to have! I look forward to my appointments every 5 weeks and feel like a million dollars when Shannon is done. She also gives amazing head massages :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grace is the best hair stylist I have ever been to, she has so much knowledge about hair and products and an expert in balayage! She listens and understands exactly what I want, I feel she takes so much pride in all her work, she's super friendly and chatty and builds connections with her clients. For these reasons, I only ever want to have Grace as my hairdresser :)

My consultations are also informative of what’s possible in keeping healthy hair and is always a lovely experience. Her knowledge is second to none & I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my very first appointment at Vivo Silverdale with Jess. I arrived on time and without any delay was invited to sit in my chair. Jess has a friendly and good natured approach. During my initial New Client Package consultation Jess was informative and professional in her recommendations for me. I felt confident that I was in very good hands with Jess. Jess also surprised me with an amazing scalp massage when washing my hair. I love the result and have had lovely compliments since from some of my friends and family. I 101% highly recommend Jess :)
