Very professional. Definitely recommending you to friends and family. Very reasonably priced and lovely salon all around :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helen is an amazing Senior stylist who is confident with colours and lightening my hair down to from dark shades to lighter shades to blend in my greys! Love her work. I also take my 5 year old to get her haircut and shes gets such cute treatment. Cuppa milo, chocolate treat, hair washed....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $100 for a 14yo haircut!!! My daughter liked it, but it wasn’t worth $100. I don’t even pay that for my hair, and that’s at a way stylier salon.
Music was atrocious…like head banging stuff.
Wasn’t offered a coffee ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I assumed that when I booked an appointment for the new client balayage with root melt deal I would get a stylist that knew how to do the technique but instead received a full head of very fine foils that give almost no difference to my hair. I had to pay extra for product as my hair is just past my shoulders which I was fine with but didn't even get the root melt or treatment! The 'style cut' was a 1cm straight cut on the ends with NONE of the layers and face framing we discussed! I've been trying the 0800 number ALL WEEK to discuss this terrible experience with someone as per the 'vivo promise' but just keep getting hung up on! So so disappointing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa was so funny and cool and she helped me massively. Ya see folks, a month ago I cut my own fringe haha and i looked disgusting lol and Lisa over here, fixed it. She gave me easy to follow advice about my hair type and styling and helped me pick the right products. The whole vibe of that salon was so chill and friendly. Cant wait to go back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely people at this salon and very happy with my half head of foils. I had to move to this branch as my old one shut down, therefore, I had to explain how my hair is usually done. It wasn't a problem for them and it turned out great. I would have liked to have the hair washing part a little longer, it felt a bit rushed. This was only 2 weeks out of lockdown and they were busy so it's a bit understandable. My hair was also cut dry which made the ends fluffy (not permanently) when it was finished so I would have needed to get it straightened etc if I was going out after. Also cutting dry without super sharp scissors can increase chances of split ends, but hey I'm not a professional so I didn't question it. Besides that I'll be continuing to go there.
