★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a temporary sim while away. The girls were friendly and very efficient. Put the sim in my phone and activated it. Back in business immediately. One came from another booth to grab customers to cut down the queue. Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just general bad service. No follow up when repaired phones are returned to the store so you know to pick them up, just a text sent to an incorrect number? Why not call? Or email as promised? I left 2 voice messages at the store and no one has called back after many attempts to call I finally get someone who advises that the messages aren't received in the store? Maybe the answer message should say this so people don't waste their time leaving a message? After 10 days of the store having my phone back I finally have confirmation thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to avoid. very unwilling to provide customer service. This is the second time I have experienced sub standard service from this store.I wanted to purchase a new phone and enquired whether the staff member could assist in tranferring the existing datya from my old to new device as I am a senior and not confident in doing this task myself. I was told on no uncertain terms - 'no, we don't do that" I cancelled the purchase. Strange as I know of other people who have no problem having the transfer completed by staff members of other outlets. It is about time that this stores management and staff went through a customers service retraining course before they manage to destoy the business!! AVOID .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't very keen on a young lady there. She didn't really like my questions and when she checked on something for me I didn't get the outcome explained to me. Still don't know. They are usually very good but maybe she was having a bad day. I won't be speaking to her again I would ask for someone else
If she doesn't like working weekends she should just stay home
Normally the guys are fantastic and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this branch needs its own phone number,only has the 0800 number that goes to a call center.Tried to ask a simple question if the had a phone in stock with no sence so i drive a 40 minute trip to the store to ask question....3 staff there,no customers,all looking bored!......GET A BRANCH NUMBER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood in the shop waiting over 30 minutes to be served, staff were not very efficient nor good at multitasking. When setting a clients phone up if the update is going to take 10 minutes then perhaps step them aside and see if you can help anyone else.
4 seperate customers left in the time I waited as they couldn't be bothered anymore.
All of this could of been avoided by a simple "hey folks thanks for waiting, we will be with you when we can" but with zero acknowledgement its any wonder people up and left.
Never had such terrible service in A Vodafone store in my life
