β β β β β I have worked with Mark and his team on our phones for years, they give great professional service and go the extra mile to fix your problems. I had an issue only the other day and Mark came out after hours to fix the issue. its hard to find service like this in the bigger companies.

β β β β β During lockdown we were having trouble with our internet at home. Mark was able to come in and fix like three problems all at once. Since he has been we havn't had a problem. The wifi is so much better for work and for the family. He also found a way for my computer to be connected directly to the router which is fantastic.
He was very professional and it was done so quickly and at a very decent price too.
I would recommend Voip IT for all your communications, security and computer needs.

β β β β β Did not fix the problem. Poor customer communication. The manager was exceptionally aggressive in his communication. I would not under any circumstances recommend. Lastly, the problem with my mouse continued after they had uninstalled Windows. This is evidenced by the fact that after I reinstalled Windows the problem returned and as7 such their attempts to fix the problem has been a complete failure that has cost me time and money. The manager told me that they were under no obligation to fix the problem when their fix failed a second and a third time. So much for the Consumer Guarantees Act... I will not be returning a fourth time given my experience which has nothing to do with the Microsoft Key. Their repair atempts simply did not work.
I took my computer to my usual repair shop in Mt Albert. They said give us five minutes. I came back in five minutes and was told that their repair was free. Six weeks later it is still working.
The angry manager at Voip rang me some weeks ago to complain about my review. He felt that my apologising by email to his staff by email and saying that everyone makes mistakes meant that they were off the hook. He said in his pushy way that he was disappointed with me! I pointed out that google had asked for a review and that it was an honest review. They had after all wiped Windows off my computer, accused me of lying about it being licenced and then wiped off the inferior Windows that they replaced it with when I had dared complain. It was insinuated that I was a liar and I was told that I should be grateful for what they had done. wiping Windows and leaving me with a still not working mouse. This rigamarole ended up costing $179. Luckily, I, on my own bat found Windows on special and after much time and effirt managed to install it.
The angry manager tried to find out the name of the computer repair shop in Mt Albert because he did not believe that they had repaired it! I refused and once again insinuated that I was a liar. He said if I could prove that the repair had lasted and told him what yhey had done to it that he would refund what I had been charged. He then claimed that an expert IT person had gone through what they had done and that they were right.
He still wanted to know how it had been repaired though. I refused to cede this intellectual property. In the end I had to tell him via email to back off and leave me alone.
My mouse is still working..

at your own risk. The computer repair shop in Mt Albert is next to the railway lines in an orange building across from the service station on New North Road. They specialise in friendly service and repairs that work..
As for Voip and Its owner. His angry rants accusing me of being a liar, his insults and so forth continue. He did not have to lock the door in his shop. He did admit to me that he lost it when he should not have done so. And who would not be angry given what Voip inflicted on me, the customer, over the course pf 3 visits that oniy served to worsen the problem that another shop fixed for free in 5 minutes! There has, of course been no apology or refund. Only angry abuse with my being called an angry, childish liar....Look in the mirror Mr Voip. I stand by everything I said that Voip has of course avoided answering. The five minute fix by another shop springs to mind...
