β β β β β Kelston Pita pit use to be the go however itβs given me a change of thoughts therefore it Doesnβt deserve a star to be honest with you.
My order was wrong my partner ordered off Uber eats.
The loaded wedges ordered was missing cheese! How tf do you forget to put cheese on the wedges! It did have bacon lol one long strip of bacon which wasnβt even cut into pieces.
this is a regular thing we order and we both know it doesnβt look the way it was sent to us.
The chicken crunch pita wrap was appalling it was poorly wrapped.
The chicken crunch bowl salad had a chunk of rotten avocado! Again the bacon wasnβt diced instead given as a whole strip!
Not to mention how stingy they are with ingredients!
Phoned the business & customer service wasnβt too pleasant either!
Honestly donβt order from here!

β β β β β Went on a monday public holiday there was a young girl I walked in with my husband and we said hi how are you too her and she just looked at us very angry what kind of customer service you call this? and on top of that she made us wait so long she didnt even take our order she could of said sorry wont be long if she was busy but she had no communication whatsoever what type of behaviour is this she put me so off that i walked away we didnt order our food at all because of her attitude she was giving us no hi no what would you like. change your staff and customer service

β β β β β Most horrible experience of my life . Man is not friendly and their was his wife and child behind the counter which is not allowed in kitchen in the first place . Rude to me and pits has raw meat not cooked properly. Who will take action against them only reviews can not change anything

β β β β β Really unhappy with my experience. I'm gluten intolerant so ordered (and paid $2 extra) for the gluten free wrap, but instead they gave me a regular wrap. So I had to get rid of the pita bread and just eat the fillings....really unhappy with this. If someone with celiacs ordered and got what I got, they could be really really ill. I won't be coming back here. Also the service from staff is not good.

β β β β β Management need to reevaluate their workers. Last night was the worst customer service! Two young girls who don't even know how to say a simple hello! After one of them clearly heard me say hi upon arrival. was looking forward to eating pita pit last night only to be told that cash is not accepted?ββοΈpretty sure the last time I came I paid cash and customer service was a total flop then too but my chicken falafel pita was bomb though. Atleast hire people who know how to address customers and smile or risk losing customers completely!

β β β β β Food was okay. Customer service not so much. I asked about their mask situation as none of the staff were wearing masks to which the male staff member explained they donβt wear it as they cook over the grill which I understood and carried on with my order, he became quite short with us. We then went to sit down inside to eat and was told they arenβt having people dine-in, itβs not allowed? I asked βeven with a vaccination pass?β He said no, theyβre closed and not having people eat in. Please maybe update this on your website as it says βIn-store ordering & dining are available to all those with vaccine passes, which must be presented to our staff when ordering.β Felt like we were treated unfairly and kicked out essentially because I asked about the use of masks!
Food was decent though.

β β β β β Great branch!! Amazing variety of salads ever in the evening. Fresh and good quality food. I must say that there was male staff who served me and he was brilliant! However Indian girl is very not welcoming she always looks very bothered serving you and give as small as possible portions very greedy.
