★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did enjoy my visit here. The store is clean. However I did notice that the air conditioning in the store was not on. I'm not sure if it was a mall issue or just a store issue but that really impacted my enjoyment of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendously horrible Customer service at this branch . The store manager is even worse with her terrible and unhelpful attitude . Can't even take a payment for a broadband connection as she is too busy . Been on spark broadband past 3 years but now I am seriously considering cancelling the plan and the blame is to go to her and branch New Lynn. Spark customer services head office ..are you listening ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall struggle to deal with. Had a mishap with being sent an extra soundbar, sparks mistake, after calling the spark helpline, I was instructed to take it into branch and they'll organize returning it from there. This branch flat out refused to help...
Was sorted eventually through the customer service/support team via email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my wife and elderly mother In-law to change over an old land line plan best broadband/land line deal to reduce cost but also help mum- Bridget was so patient with mum and amazingly helpful in checking out what was avaliable as well as ensuring we had all the relevant information we needed to ensure mum had everything she needed - thanks Bridget for just being awesome to deal with !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't want to help when you go into the store. Mostly get ignored so have to go up to them. They pretend they can't see you. Then they are impatient and can't wait to get rid of you. Ongoing problem unfortunately. Hate going in.
