β β β β β Great location. Although pretty small, online listings represent the property as much larger than it actually is. Wouldnβt be suitable for more than 2 tenants.

β β β β β Absolutely terrible if you get Neel as a property manager run, run away, she will ignore you for months through wiring and water problems and when you leave she'll send you thousands of emails harrasing you about minor problems and demand you pay $100s of dollars for problems that you didn't even cause ? (I'm not even lying we had to take her to tenency tribunal over a fake bed bug infestation she claimed we caused but she didn't even have any proof the bed bugs existed, we obviously won the case)
So yea wouldn't recommend lived in 3 Appartments in the building and none of them were any good.

β β β β β Cheap. Good location. water problems everytime... they have come to my apt many times but apparently they cannot solve the problem. The water problem is general...not only mine though. All apt has carpet on it.. so it is easy to get dirty.. people should not come if they have allergies

β β β β β Good location BUT VERY BAD MANGEMENT. Consider this as your LAST OPTION. My property manager didnt do her job properly, didnt get the apartment properly ready when I moved in. And when I requested to have the broken beds replaced, we noticed bed bugs and it had been only 2 months since I moved and she asked me to pay for fumigation.
Why didnt she inspect the apartment properly before putting out on market.

β β β β β The apartment itself was good for the price we paid. Very central to everything! I was disappointed with customer service received as its advertised free parking, but we never got asked if we wanted to book a car park and then missed out. Also, the way the messages came across was extremely unwelcoming. The staff at the reception area were extremely rude, and yelled at the group I was with when we greeted eachother in the foyer. Overall, I think in order to maintain a customer relationship, it would be worth offering to book a car park at the time of booking as well as be more friendly to those who are paying you.

β β β β β Good location. Property management was terrible, went two months with low water pressure so no running water at times, plumbers did a lackluster job trying to fix it and they ignored us because it slightly worked at times. I had many days where there was just no running water but because when they checked it and only the hot water worked they didn't need to try and fix it as they claimed.
Moving in the apartment was a mess and on leaving they tried to claim it was a in a good condition when we moved in, this is probably because our property manager changed half way through to someone who hadn't dealt with the property but also never tried to fix it, don't trust Neel if you get her.

β β β β β I have lived at several apartments in this building, each were average at best. One apartment I was at the back of the building and was instructed to not keep items on the balcony when at this time I was very busy moving things in and got tired one night leaving one suitcase in the balcony.
The final apartment and the final straw was having Neel as property Manager.
She constantly ignored my emails trying to get plumbing in the bathroom fixed, trying to get the wiring and lighting fixed (the lights were flickering from the day I moved in). She refused to do anything about the bed legs being broken and needing replacing.
And after I finally left she took months between emails to return my bond, each time trying to add another thing onto fees to pay her. One of these was greasy cupboards from cleaning products when I spent a solid week making sure the ENTIRE apartment was spotless (it was easy on better condition than when I moved in). I reluctantly agreed with that charge and adjusted the bond refund form then she turns around and try charging almost $500 for a bed bug fumigation while providing blurry pictures of tiny sandflys. At that time I took her to tenancy and won rather easily as even several months later she didn't have clear evidence and proof of bed bugs.

β β β β β Tiny 2 bedroom apartments if you could call them that 2m square living space. Quarter of a kitchen. Bedrooms barely fit a double bed. Outdoor walkways. Basically a slum. If looking for a decent apartment don't waste your time looking here.
