★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell expired food and they insist no refund as biscuits is still safe in 3-4 months after expiration date. It makes no sense and the lady for cashier is so rude and even no apology for selling expired food. Terrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic service by the lady, she seen that I was ready to pay and she ignored me so I kindly said "excuse me" and she continued to ignore me, and then she walk towards the counter and turned away as if i was not there and so i had to call her again and she rudely replied "YES, I AM HERE". very bad service. If there to be a 0 STAR rating, i would really rate so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has disappointed me more than once now, the lady who works at counter are rude as always, the first time I went in, thought maybe she just having a bad day. Then when i went again she did the same, and served so rudely like as if she doesnt care if i will wanna buy or no. very disappointed to see, doesnt recommend this store at all to receive such services.

Bought some different smokes from there because they didnt have my usual, went to the liquor store next door and found out they had the smokes i was looking for so i went back to volt convenience store to get my money back (hadnt been opened or anything, was literally 2mins after buying) so i could buy from the liquor store and she just said no and shoo'd me out. Dont go here unless your sure of what ur want bcos she wont give ur money back ????
