Only 2 stars given cz the women with the shinning mask showed impatient tone while the other staff was talked to me in the same topic for 3 times. As a customer service staff/ receptionist shouldn't show this kind of attitude in front of customer.

β β β β β Absolutely disgusting the way they have treated us. Constantly changing there mind with what is wrong with my trailer. Telling us we need to fix one thing, then saying it wasnβt that itβs another thing. They arenβt even sure themselves what is wrong with it. Not even sure if they know what they are doing. Definitely would recommend going else whereβ¦.

She was positive, friendly and kind. Giving a very grounded, calm vibe. She was clear in her instructions and feedback after the test.

β β β β β My testing officer was very friendly and informative. She made sure I understood a tricky roundabout. And gave me informative feedback for next time (which there wonβt be a next time) Just a shame VTNZ is very picky compared to AA for driver tests. To add, there was a big delay because of a crash, not their fault.

β β β β β This was a good testing station. We were in a queue to get the recheck done on a bus. The staff member came over checked thoroughly that all things were in order and said great u you are good to go I can issue the Certificate of Fitness.
Very easy and no hassles.
