★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time taking my vehicle here for WOF as i needed my car back same day (not waiting a whole day like my old mechanics) and what a great team they have here looking after you. Great service, with a cool,fun bunch of mechanics as well . Easy drive through where they take your car in while you go in and pay wof fee then wait roughly 10-15mins and if all is good to go your back on the road . Left with a big smile and very impressed . Therefore i will be coming here for my WOF checks in future .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at any vtnz i've been to. They work at less than a snails pace. Checked 5 cars in 2 and a half hours. Be prepared to wait all day while they give priority to the car yard next door's cars. Would give no stars if I could because I had to leave to look after my daughter before they even got to check my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Although there were only two people inside reception office, they asked me to go out of office and wait. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Are we still in quarantine? No it's so called orange. I will not come back here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sat my restricted license test here and I highly recommend it. Everyone who I dealt with was very friendly and humble. They were very clear in the test on what they wanted me to do. I was very nervous and they put me at ease. I also passed on my first attempt, thank you VTNZ lower hutt :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hugely long wait (more than 2 hours before my car was even seen) this is on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no communication from the staff of the wait. It’s pretty basic customer service to communicate these types of delays. There were so many staff seemingly doing not much - they could’ve come and just spoken to us to let us know what was going on. I get that it’s Covid times and short staffing is a big issue but it’s really not difficult to manage the expectations for people looking at a 2hour + wait, particularly because it was a super hot day and we had to sit in our cars in the sun. Please do better.
