★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome People from the Front desk and Officer, Johanne C Was my testing officer for the full licence test at Northwood. I was nervous, but her calm, professional approach brought back my confidence and I was able to concentrate fully on my driving without feeling stressed. As a result the test was actually an enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super friendly, Welcoming, and helpful. All information about what services they offer are visable on the wall and staff are happy to help answer any questions.
The store is easily accessed with plenty of car parks available outside.
Wof station car parks are clearly marked on the concrete to show where you should park your car.
There is a waiting area for customers to sit and wait. Including a water machine for anyone to use. ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All our teenagers have sat their various drivers licences here. The onsite staff are fabulous and the testers are professional and yet capable of alleviating some of the young drivers nervousness. Also a good spot for the supervisor driver to get something to eat and drink or shop during the test or you can wait in the provided waiting room. A great experience for all!
