★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what a bad experience today was went to re register boat trailer stood at door waiting to be let in that's fine and lady comes to door and opens to let me in so I walk in I have a mask pass around my neck and next minute a lady shouts at me from behind the counter in a panic demanding my Vax pass which I have god felt like she was treating me like a antivaxer I told her to calm down and she threatened to kick me out I said calm down again, wow was she overreacting to the max, lady you need to calm the farm because not every one is a antivaxer and we have medical reason for not wearing a mask, so ask nicely before you jump on people like that in a panic in front of other customers was a bit embarrassing actually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pity about the general layout, which is a bit confusing. However, very friendly and professional staff made up for that. I had to visit twice (failed wof first time) and the team was coping well with the silly Christmas rush on both days. Thanks for the good advice too which helped me to revisit next day with issues sorted :-)

Price was $ 76 so price has risen !!
Also the process!
Now my husband can't read very well he's dyslexic!!
How rude was the middle aged european lady with blonde hair!
Snapping at my husband because he didn't read the notice on the door properly!!!
You people need to be reminded that manners and a positive approach is free!
Is expected! And should be adhered to!!!
So from a person who works with public daily!!
Pull your heads in! Be nice to customers no matter what thier appearance is!!
Guaranteed! I won't have a problem
making an official complaint.
We won't be ever using your service again and will be encouraging our clients and staff to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little different. Had to wait outside. Lining up outside. The car park is right near where you enter the building. That combined with a line of people waiting outside. Something needs to be sorted there so it's safer for those entering or waiting for whatever reason. Other then that the staff seemed friendly enough. And if you register online...so much faster.
