★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 min to poor over an older car, checking their phones like they didn't know what they were looking at. Not disputing the items that need fixing, first warrent after purchasing so expected. The time and then the attitude was just way too long and very unprofessional when I made a comment about the time it took. Short person syndrome I suspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mechanic couldn't find the problem which was written on the wof paper. He changed other parts then charged me 270 without notice in advance. I am little disappointed in this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloody waste of time getting your license here. Failed my partner on his full license for something he didn’t do. The testing instructor made stupid comments about things on his car, such as his rear bumper and valve caps. Also to make matters worse when he went in again for his second test the lady at the desk made a comment saying because he had previously failed he shouldn’t have been able to book in another test so early because he clearly needs practice. Rude and very unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closes 30-40 mins before listed opening times so they can pack up. Fine with that if it’s time they won’t can paid otherwise but then list the actual hours that you’re open to the public. Sat there to see if they’d finish the queue of cars they’d ‘closed’ with at 1130. They cleared it early, and packed up early. Turned away quite a few folks in that time. Often seem to have problems here - seems I’m a slow learner. Best avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to go in at a time that wasn't busy. The receptionists were both really friendly and chatty and the mechanic, Fotu, was also super friendly and helpful. Great service. This was my second time here as I had previously taken my daughter's vehicle through about six months ago, it was busier but we experienced the same great service that time too.
