Repceptionist, Rudely cut an old koro off while he was trying to speak to her about a problem. He was so shocked and left saying how rude she was. I was also shocked when i saw it, i decided to leave and drive to Hamilton to get a wof. I will not support a company with terrible service that treat customers so rudely. I do not recommend. 0/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out on the edge of town and not easy to find where the entrance is. Plenty of parking.
The reception building is old and small so can be cramped when it gets busy. The testing building only has a single lane for all types of vehicles.
The staff in the testing pit can be a bit hit and miss, some are great, others can be a bit gruff.
When I went today, there was no one in the shed and no one waiting in the queue outside, but they couldn't give my car a WOF check because they were too busy and I was invited to make a booking for tomorrow.
I guess this means you can't just rock on up hoping for a free slot; it pays to book ahead.
