★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for driving test, the instructors James and EU are very strict and fail you for minor things. Not everyone is rich enough to do test again and again. My driving is good and I know it. I would not recommend this branch for driving test. Its just waste of your precious time. Please go to other branch and save your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone, I had my restricted driving license here on Friday. The officer I had is EU he is very claim and good, while I was driving he give me proper instructions which was so clear for me while driving. However, he was so friendly as well during the test and most importantly he is one of the very best instructor I haven’t seen In any VTNZ still so far. Finally, EU is awesome ????

I passed my full license today, my testing officer was Fraser who was such an amazing person. He gave me very clear instructions and told me to take a deep breath as I was really nervous. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you Fraser :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People were very kind & helpful. Room to park your car on & off site, nice roomy reception area with TV, toilet was clean & tidy. I was able to sit & wait for my son to do his 1hr Restricted Test in cool comfort ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why, but it took an hour waiting in line to get the car to the start of the inspection. I was timing each inspection and they were taking around 15min each. I was 2 from the front but the line just did not move for a good 30 min or more ended up taking an HR plus the inspection time of 15min.
I understand that the process is slow, but it should not take that long.
The guy inspecting my car was pleasant but I sense there is no urgency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for practical driving test, great service wait wasn't too long as they have booths for both service and licensing. I was fortunate to have Jay as the testing officer, very outgoing and friendly attitude that made the whole process less stressful. Overall good service cheers.
