β β β β β Three times my partner re-sits practical test and I recommend you guys to take dash cam to prove your test experience. When I check a number of mistakes I agree with some, but some looks like nitpicking really. And I recommend to shoot your test on video, because I'm not sure about the objectivity of the assessment, and this can be disputed.

β β β β β Terrible experience.Took 45 minutes for restricted test while other VTNZ do 15 minutes test only . They failed me without any proper reason . I am sure I have looked into mirrors and followed 3 seconds indicator rule always.Very very very bad experience. I wish I could give them 0 rating .

β β β β β Had a awesome experience today for someone like myself who is very unfamiliar with Glenfield or the roads but my instructor Archie made it very easy today. I was very nervous for my driving test today and passed Thankyou for making a nervous experience worth a smile today! Awesome instructor 11/10!

β β β β β If there was a negative score, I would give it to them. I'm a car dealer and use this VTNZ often for getting number plates. The staff over the counter are always rude, grumpy, and have no sense of customer service. This happened not just to me but i have witnessed it happening to other customers while I was waiting. Nothing has changed since long time.

β β β β β One of the worst places to come to do a driver license or car check. The prices are not reasonably high, but service quality is very low at the same time. We came to do a driver license test booking, waited for almost an hour to get known that they didn't do it for that particular day.

β β β β β Worked like clockwork this time, but doesn't always. Several months ago, we checked in with reception, and then sat waiting in the car (as we were told to do) for the driving test to begin, and after a long wait, we returned to reception to find out where the VTNZ tester was; only to be informed that the test had been cancelled/postponed, and we should have got a message earlier. WHY didn't they tell us that an hour earlier when we first checked in?

β β β β β I would like to send out a huge thank you to Jay at the front desk, at VTNZ North Shore, in Glenfield. I needed a WOF for my vehicle and I made some enquiries over the telephone. Jay delivered exceptional customer services; he was very helpful, friendly and professional. Jay was able to answer all my questions and alleviate any concerns I had; Jay did this with clear communication and sincerity which made me feel like an appreciated customer. VTNZ are very lucky to have Jay as he must be a great addition to the team. I wish Jay all the best for his future endeavours. Thank you.

β β β β β I did passed my Full licence practical test today!
I was super nervous once arrived VTNZ and wait in the car waiting for the driver officer .
He come and introduce his name politely ( his name BRIAN T) his truly professional driver instructor explain everything that I need to know before test.
I told him Iβm bit nervous and his trying to give me advise which is really worked.
Just want to say thank you so much BRIAN For Today .

β β β β β Really poor service. I had such a long wait when it was actually very quiet. I watched 2 staff members have leisurely long chats - actually standing leaning on the car they were inspecting. Not good enough
