★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who does driving I literally had to go to a completely different place and got my licence without a hitch unlike the 3 times you denied me. I even called up vtnz and they were confused as to why I wasn't able to drive anyways it worked out for me but you made it a Hassel and as a person with anxiety I'd never want to go back to a place like that. Long story short horrible lady just wouldn't even bother here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last 2 visits have been a 3 1/2 hour wait in hot sun (including waiting for tge fellas to 'chat" to a man about his engine reconstruct, then 2 1/2 hour wait. Now back just to get brakes signed off and it looks like another long wait. Too expensive, horrible wait times, grumpy staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is Teds testing station in Whakatane that I recommend to use or any private automotive business over VTNZ. They have failed a vehicle on having no back head rests. After 14years from new that never had head rests, I am now having to find some. Also the high stop does not comply and park lights do not work, These lights have not been touched and work fine. What is going on VTNZ?
