Value for money 10/10. 50K for 2019 2.2 Diesel Turbo ex Black edition Kia Sorrento with 19" alloys, heated seats, leather interior. Looked at all major competitors and didnt find anything close to this in terms of value - pound for pound there is nothing in the mid-size SUV range that comes close to this in my opinion.
Build quality 10/10. Love it. Quality materials and finish. The whole build of this car feels premium and high quality. Have talked to former diesel mechanic who managed the store. He highly rated the engine quality, design, and reliability.
Design 10/10. Love the shape and look of the Sorrento.
Service 9/10. Lots of help and support. Salesperson product knowledge was good. Negotiated a towbar free of charge. Jacob was helpful but not pushy. Possibly could have shown a bit more enthusiasm or interest in us and the product he was selling. Would have been nice if had been offered a cup of coffee while waiting for finance paperwork.
After sales care 10/10 (so far). Vehicle came with 5 year warranty and 3 year servicing plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a warrant of fitness for my Kia Soul. Excellent friendly service. Little bit expensive at $67 but car was sparkly inside and out when I picked it up so worth it. Courtesy car also available but book it at the time you book your car in.
