★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and i have just visited the shop looking for a lift chair for our father who is having some difficulty getting out of his stanard lazy boy.
The sales woman couldnt have been more helpful...thank you.
The shop had the biggest range of chairs with a price range to fit what we were looking for.
I highly recommend this store not only for there wide range with prices to suit but also for the warm,friendly and helpful staff who are prepared to listen ..and that arent just looking for a sale.

It was not a very nice shopping experience. The young salesperson lady have no experience and knowledge of products. NOT have a smile on the face. She seems eager to sell products, but they are impatient. Their so-called manager man is arrogant and rude. The words are sarcastic and highly disrespectful to customers. I don't understand why a lot of people are getting mad nowadays... Covid-19??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went it to get replacement power cord that was broken while moving and told i need to go through shop I brought from, which is in Auckland and will not be covered by warranty. Very poor brand support from the Te Rapa shop!!!!!!!

Got greeted by a fantastic lady called Diple. After a couple of quotes, I ended up settling on 3 x chairs.
Brilliant service keep it up.
