We brought a lounge suite from these guys and it started to full apart after a couple of weeks with in a couple of months it looked like it was 20 years old. The process for making a warranty claim as painful and took months to resolve and had to be done through the warranty department that was only contactable via email and would take days to get a reply and thats if you got a reply then when we finally got them to agree to a refund as by now we had given up and got another lounge suit they said we are on a sheet to go before the director to be signed off then once that was done they would have to come pick up the suite before and only then we will get the refund but couldn't say how long we would have to wait for it. When they delivery guys turned up to collect the suite they just walked in with out knocking or saying anything and just picked up the suite and left. Very poor customer service and very poor after sales service they now have the suite back and we are left waiting for our refund to be processed and paid out we paid at the store but they will not let us collect refund via the store. Please save your self the trouble and go to a well known and trusted store even if it means paying more dont buy from these sharks
