★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It will be very sad to lose this place is the motorway cuts through. It's a fantastic nature reserve with abundant native bird life that will lose a peaceful sanctuary, breeding area and flight path to and from coastline and forest park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little picnic area with beautiful short walks. Great shelter if the weather changes. Lovely little meandering stream. However the toilet facilities (one smelly long drop with no hand cleaning facilities) and the entry road could seriously do with upgrading.
