β β β β β Amazing place to stay. A little rough around the edges being so old, but super unique and the owner is incredible! Really helpful and even gave us snacks on the house! Great facilities as well with a large bbq and spacious outdoor dining area.

β β β β β A great & unique stay right in the heart of the wine region. Itβs very clean & thereβs nothing like waking up in an actual train carriage. We had an awesome stay!

β β β β β We stayed in the twin railway carriage for 5 weeks whilst working on a vineyard nearby. David is an amazing owner that made us feel very welcome and always made sure everything was great with our stay, nothing was too much for him!
Everything was always kept spotless and it was a very relaxed & friendly vibe. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for long term or short term stay either camping or in one of the carriages as they are very quirky.

β β β β β Such an amazing place, a true gem. Very welcomed by the owner David, so friendly, like family or friends visiting, really makes you feel welcomed.
The accommodation is so different to anything you may have stayed in before. Even if you don't have a love of trains and the railway you are going to love these carriages. They have tried to retain as much originality as possible and yet have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Facilities are kept clean, the onsite kitchen is well stocked and there is even bread and fresh eggs should you wish.
I do love the smell of the lavender when walking to and from my train and you can forgot your worries as the cabbage white butterflies flutter around. True tranquility.
Highly recommend and certainly will be back.

β β β β β Definitely a lovely holiday retreat ?. Stayed two months in one of the carriages, got own little living room with TV, couch, and fridge. Everything is handy and well maintained. If you are looking for serenity and peace, this is it. Our host David is the most warm hearted person I've seen. He treats us like family. Super helpful and always try to keep everything clean and tidy. Unforgettable and enjoyable experience. ?

β β β β β Really unique and special accommodation with a lovely host! The grounds are old but the place is kept spotlessly clean, so it only adds to the charm. Sleeper was roomy and comfortable with nice touches and coffee too. A peaceful spot with fresh lavender and rosemary throughout, plenty of native birds... and special shout out to the lovely owner David ? will definitely be back!
