β β β β β I was disappointed visiting here (over the school holidays 26/1/21) as the lifeguards seemed distracted instead of on guard. They seemed more concerned with having a giggle with one another then watching the pools. At the height of business with kids everywhere, they pulled it in, but did notice their eyes off the pool and checking out what their mates were doing. We enjoy this facility, but would like the professionalism from the lifeguard staff to stop letting this place down.

β β β β β Went for aquajogging. Water chilly compared to Dunedins Moana Pool but ok once you are in. Finished with a nice spa afterwards.

β β β β β Good pool and spa pool, most of the staff are friendly but there's one older male lifeguard who shouted at my 4 year old son because he moved away from me. I quickly caught up with him but my son was so upset by the experience he got upset and wanted to leave. I felt very uncomfortable during this visit because that lifeguard was staring at us, waiting for my son to do something wrong so he could scold him. I am a very attentive mother and never let my son out of my site.
