β β β β β Tired over worked staff always on the run. My elderly mother who is struggling with chronic heart failure, has been pushed out to a rest home to die. Not a lot of good things to say. A nasty, uncaring system with little regard for vulnerable old people. Terrible communication to an 86 year old in a confused state. Absolute with holding of prognosis to family members. No apparent management plan to address her needs. Definitely being denied adequate care.

β β β β β My fiance fell violently sick in omarama and the lovely ladys at st Jones ambulance service brought us to oamaru hospital. The staff were out of the world nice I can not thank them enough. And a special mention to nurse Marilyn who was so amazingly nice and helpful. Thank you so much guys
