★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, slightly above basic accommodation. Clean room, good linen, towels, good facilities and great location for the price. The owner's communication with me was good. Only downside was the unit smelled a bit of cigarette smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment clean and tidy, could not park on site due to some else in our carpark, our vehicle had trouble getting around the back of units due to the way cars had parked, ended having to park on the road and having to walk to unit, upstairs unit very noisey.
Unit was very good, shower couid use more pressure though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: off main road safer for my dog, parking tight but great to have, excellent wifi,. Negative: was noise from upstairs and from cars trying to park but otherwise EXCELLENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a very nice stay. It felt as a home away from home. Everything was there what anyone needs. Close to town which is walk down. Dont have to worry for parking. I miss queenstown and stay at wakatipu view apartment room 9.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group booked in to stay here 4 days prior and had email confirmation of a successful booking. My friends and I travelled all the way from Rakiura and found out as we arrived in Queenstown that the booking had been canceled by the operator due to their own errors of allowing double booking. The owner sent me an email at 3pm on the day we were supposed to be staying at these apartments and said that they could not help us. We had no where to stay and the late notice left us with the option of staying in a crowded hostel and risk covid exposure or an extremely expensive hotel which we could not afford. Terrible customer service and left us in a very difficult position.
