★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, just few minutes walk to the heart of the Queenstown city. Clean & well maintained rooms. Great chance of finding a free car park right in front of the hotel with no time constraint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother. if you want off street parking that will cost you $25.00 per day, paid breakfast my arse they closed the restaurant without warning on us. No windows for fresh air only an noisy ac unit, had to ask for plates and cutlery in room. big hill and long walk to town we used uber. Never again

Good sized room
Air con works well
Microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer
Close to town
Friendly staff
Cons:
No heated towel rail
No bench or cabinet for toiletries
No bedside light
No dishwashing liquid only dishwasher tablets
No bed making service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars! Everything you could wish for! a Great location, clean rooms, washer and dryer, and a kitchen with the essentials for a night in.
Thank you to the friendly staff, in particular Jamaal, he is an asset to the business - his funny, vibrant, and excellent customer service went above and beyond and made our stay a breeze.
We highly recommend and will definitely be staying here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front door was a wee bit hard to find for us, we went to a side entrance door which was obviously for guest to come and go, so we walked up steps to the entrance and tried pushing on a door without luck, we turned and saw the entrance to the hotel (hopefully no one saw us pushing on imaginary doors?) We didn't have our glasses on so that would be our fault.. We were greeted by a lovely Asian girl, she gave us a key card for 318, after carrying our bags up to the room and several failed attempts to open the door, we had to call down to reception. The receptionist came, was very apologetic and lead us to another room which was on the 2nd floor. My husband and I needed exercise so this was a good thing. Overall the room was absolutely wonderful, warm, very clean. We had a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was brilliant. We paid for parking which did not cost much at all, this gave us the ability to park in the basement and it was just a few steps to the elevator, it was perfect. Due to a city power cut all the lights were out on our last day, the 2 gentlemen at reception were fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be back again. Thankyou Ramada Hotel for a fabulous stay. AAA+++...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful time during our 5 night stay at Ramada Queenstown Central for our wedding. We liked the 2 bedroom apartment with a lake view as it had everything we needed for our stay. The room was very clean too.
Special thanks to Jamaal for accomodating us he was very friendly, flexible, and professional.
