It has the rural new zealand feel, with beautifully managed gardens, but inside has modernized facilities. An excellent balance of the two.
I was really taken back at the view of the stars, the quality and detail that have been put into the accomodation, the modern bathroom, flat screeen tv...
The hosts are absolutely heart warming, and the breakfast was beautifully done.
It is only a very short drive into town...and was by a long strech the best accomodation I have stayed in through the many years of travel in new zealand.
Very highly recommended.
