★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I had a great experience here. I stayed for 3 nights, and the hosts were very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay, often made recommendations for experiences, and would call anytime I needed a restaurant reservation. In the mornings they would make breakfast B&B style, or you could enjoy a cold continental type breakfast (e.g.: cereals, fruits, yogurts).
I'm not sure about all of the bad experiences posted here, but I witnessed the hosts interacting with a multitude of diversities, and all seemed to be friendly/positive interactions... Indian, Chinese, local, and American.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! A charming hidden away cozy place to stay. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by name and it only got better. All of the finest details are addressed with the accommodation and Fraser goes out of his way to make sure everything you need is addressed. The accommodation is incredibly close to anything you need in Wanaka yet situated is such a place that you are not disturbed by road noise or everyday happenings in town. Having stayed in many places in Wanaka, this is definitely top of the list in my opinion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fantastic stay! We stayed here two nights and we are so pleased we did! Such comfortable accommodations and so welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was especially delicous and the helpful local insights made this an extra special stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful views, hot tub, and proximity to town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic place to stay. Warm and cosy with excellent facilities including a shared kitchen, washing machine, drying room, mountain bikes and a spa pool. The setting is ideal for wondering into town. Management are friendly and approachable and made us feel right at home during our holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t fault our stay here. Beautiful location and room. The host is very nice, you are left to your own devices which I love, but very attentive if you need anything. Nice kitchen and lounge area if you want to chill out and save some money, but town is only a 3 minute walk away so couldn’t be a better location.
Definitely recommend. New owners so should probably be 5/5* ratings.
