β β β β β Super cozy and quiet. The rooms are set up like a motel (outside entrances to all rooms), but in a cool setting with lots of trees and disjointed units, which allowed for a lot of privacy. We had a nice porch outside of our room. The main area has a big shared fridge and lots of shared space to lounge (including a fire place and comfy chairs), and has bowls/cups/silverware etc to eat in the AM. Our only issue was that in the AM if you do not get breakfast there are some restrictions about using the kitchen area, so it would have been nice to have cutlery and plates/bowls/napkins in the room. Also a plus is that it is close to Wanaka Sports Massage, which we would highly recommend. We would stay here again.

β β β β β Loved our stay. It is a very cute and cozy lodge. Jasmine was amazing and so sweet. We paid for breakfast and were glad we did. Jasmine made us a warm, fresh breakfast in the morning before we headed over to Mt. Cook for some hikes. We were going to come back to Wanaka after our hikes for another night but unfortunately Te Wanaka had no availability. Loved this location as well. Easy walk directly into central Wanaka. Would highly recommend!!!

β β β β β We stayed here during our trip to New Zealand. We stayed in 21 different hotels/B&B's during our month stay. This one was by far the worst and most expensive. Rooms our small and noisy. The woman at the front desk seemed nice at first, but once she found out we were from America she became very rude and mocked us. Breakfast was awful; microwaved eggs and toast. We left after only one night stay. Owner was not willing to refund us the full amount of our unused night. Fortunately our credit card company stepped in and reimbursed us for the full price of the unused night. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else. We have stayed in many hostels that were much better then this place.

β β β β β We had to book here very quickly after an Air b&b fell through. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating and we loved the warm charm of the place. The spa was so lovely and just what we needed after a stressful day! Very close walk to town, will definitely be staying again.

β β β β β So much warmth and charm in this lovely lodge located right in the centre of Wanaka. The hot tub is a lovely touch, as is the freshly cooked breakfast. Owners super friendly. Wee bit of noise from late night revellers but ear plugs work well!

β β β β β Excellent stay! My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks. Great value for money and the staff are absolutely amazing.
We throughly enjoyed the hot tub and the delicious breakfast every morning.
Located only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the bus stop, it was perfect!
Thank you to everyone to the staff that made our stay 100%!! Would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back next year!

Delicious breakfast with the other guest made it very personalised and a nice contrast to the cold motels you often come across
