★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have said the parking is very tight, but the unit was fine and facilities good. The bed was comfortable and despite the motel being close to the centre of Wanaka, noise was not a problem. There were adequate cooking facilities and the room and probably all rooms face the afternoon sun which was pleasant and allowed the room to remain bright.
My review ratings try to be consistent and very rarely allocate a 5. Any that I give a 3 rating is good and am happy to stay there again.

-Great location in the heart of Wanaka. Close to the Movie Theater, Lake, Supermarket and Restaurants. Only a 1 min walk from the lake.
-Very comfortable bed, one of the better beds I have slept in in a while.
-Nice, efficient service at the front counter
-WiFi worked pretty good.
And the Bad:
-Parking was soooooo tight. Absolutely ridiculously tight!
-Only 1 extra pillow, no extra towels. Duvet cover was stained.
-bathroom was dated, don't expect any bottles of shampoo ect here. A pump dispenser on the wall
-No Sky and no Freeview. Only channels one, two and prime. Very disappointing.
-only a little fan and heater on the wall. Boiling hot Wanaka night, and it was inadequate. Couldn't leave the windows open due to the excessive noise, and little bugs.
-Bathroom window opened up on the carpark, no privacy at all. Didn't feel comfortable leaving it open while showering, and the room got steamy and condensated. No extraction fan.
At $160 it was very pricey, but that is Wanaka. Didn't feel like it was amazing value for money. I will pay a little extra next time and go somewhere I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect room for people want to cook some healthy food because you have almost full kitchen things.
The only two things I don't like are the sound of the wood buildings quiet noise and the bath does not have a curtain do after showering, the floor is so wet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, we were room 10 upstairs. It made loud creaking noises from the timber never got a full night sleep. When pulling back bedclothes the sheets were wrinkled and not fresh, one bread and butter plate. Everything just felt unloved and grubby. The location great,shower great. Nothing felt fresh and clean.
