★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anna was very rude. Whenever she’s the one assisting me she’s giving me an attitude. Maybe it will be different if I’m not asian. She made me feel like I don’t understand English as she said don’t you understand me. Please tell Anna to treat customers nice regardless of their race. I’m very disappointed. Plus she kept on talking to her colleagues while assisting me which I find very disrespectful and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store 3 times in last 2 years to get some docs scanned and get them emailed to me and each time they made a typo and emailed it to the wrong email address even when I very clearly gave them my email address and confirmed twice.
Another time i went to get my photo clicked, the guy over there did not know how to email it with its original quality. He was blaming gmail for the degraded quality. I immediately went to another branch and they emailed the photo with no issues.
Really unhappy with this store’s service.
