The lines are so long. The guy printing my photos told me it would be a 30 min wait so I said I’ll come back the next day. I went around 4pm the next day to find out that he had forgotten to print it. Waited for 20 minutes for him to tell me β€œoh sorry I forgot you were standing there” and handed me my photos. I then realized one photo was missing. I think his name was Kyle

Do you like waiting in line, and getting terrible service? Then come on in! Why not try the copy centre? Not only will the line develop exponentially, but you get to watch a bunch of staff members doing nothing in the rest of the store. Bring it up to the β€œsupervisor”, and have him not listen and tell you you’re wrong. Nothing can possibly be done to remedy such a complex situation. Don’t be silly. Step right up, folks. Trash service, unbelievably terrible β€œsupervisor”, and a waste of time all around.

Came in here to purchase a laptop, only to take it home and turn it on and not be able to get into it as it required a log in. Took it back to get it replaced, there was no one at the counter, I waited alot longer then I should have given the number of staff that they had working. Finally I was served however she was more worried about the time and the fact that she finished her shift soon, she even went on to say "oh I don't know if I have time to do this as I finish soon". I dealt with numerous amounts of staff having to explain myself over and over again, for none of them to know what the problem was. I overheard one of them saying just put it down for repair. It took for me to say that if they weren't going to replace it right now, then I didn't want it anymore an wanted a full refund. Given they had sold it to me in this condition, they should just replace it or refunded it. I was finally served by Yuvraj whom was fantastic and quickly sorted the issue out. The customer service here is disappointing to say the least. I have worked in customer service for 8+years and I would have been appauled if that were my staff. Management needs a wake up call. They have plenty of staff on but none of them know what there doing, it's slow , and I wasn't the only Customer standing around waiting for them to do their jobs. Won't be returning!

Dropped 7 pages of plans to be copied and scanned at around 10.30am 16th Feb, staff told me to leave mobile no. and they will call. I called at around 1.00pm to check where it was and was told that someone will call.me. At 4.30 I was there again and the same female staff said we told you to wait for a call. Then she said to wait and see will take 20 mins. I waited and after 20mins discovered that she was gone with job incomplete. I then asked the other staff to return my drawings and I left. That is nothing but a pathetic service. Plus when you go back there no mater how many times, you will have to stay in the que. Copy centre is understaffed Warehouse Stationery. By the way I went to Snap Printing at 103C Harris Rd East Tamaki and got it done straight away.

Incompetent, unhelpful and very indifferent staff. Was hard to find someone who was even willing to help after a long period of waiting. After approaching someone at the desk, queue MORE WAITING. Finally got my desk, took it home to find most of the parts missing. Called the number multiple times for the rest of the afternoon to get hung up on (or left off the hook I should say as I could hear lots of background noises). Will be going back in the morning as at the very least I need the legs to my desk, very disgruntled.

This Warehouse Stationery is easily one of the worst. Do yourself a favour and drive the extra few kilometers to one that knows what they're doing and can provide a good customer experience. This one never answers their phone calls, refunds your online orders without telling you that they cannot fulfill your order, and on top of that, tried to short us $4 on our refund. Ridiculous!

I'd placed a click and collect order and went in to collect at the counter. It was very busy and after checking my order I noticed that one item was missing. One staff member was serving at the counter by herself with a few people waiting behind me. Meanwhile, two staff members (one called Garry) were having a casual conversation on the shop floor and completely oblivious to the situation. The poor lady at the counter serving by herself said that they were managers and implied that they wouldn't be able or willing to help. So I called out to them for assistance and I don't think Garry and his female staff member were too pleased - well mate too bad! When discussing with him what was missing there was some initial confusion as to whether or not I would be charged for the missing item (he couldn't give me confirmation), Garry's reply was that if I was charged I could apply for a refund - that was not was tenable for me. I could sense some animosity from him considering I'd just called them both out in front of others but that's neither here nor there. They managed to find my missing item out back but what was quite sad was behind me an elderly gentleman was finally being served by the female employee who was previously chatting with Garry, and I heard this poor gentleman say quite loudly "I need some help". I think we could have all had a bit of help in a timely manner from Garry and the unknown female employee if they had been a bit more mindful of others, especially their staff considering they are in a managerial position. Not a very good look to customers if staff are having a casual conversation while we're all fuming at the counter waiting to be served. Judging by the reviews at this joint it would be interesting to see if any positive changes would be made hmmmmm?...
