β β β β β Although the store can get messy fast I saw lots of staff refolding, restocking and cleaning up. Had a lovely staff member help me find what I was looking for right down to the size. Always find that I go in for one thing and come out with 10.

β β β β β Kmart Manukau is very handy to me, though I only go there when another Kmart doesnβt have what I am looking for.
The store is busier than the other Kmartβs around. So close parking is harder to find.
The staff are kept on their toes though are still happy to help. Recommended.

β β β β β Shop had not kept up with stock & it was messy as like it had one floor person on
No signs on corner of drive way to turn in was dark coukdnt see turn in.
Stock for big girls/ ladies limited style & sizes also shoes with having bigger sized ppl on this side of the city you'll think that orders for most popular sizes to get more of due to thoes first to sell leaving loads of small & medium/ Large all above go in a flash makes no sense in Australia local smaller kmarts still stock styler range & bigger sizes as most popular areas with bigger ppl buy.
Kmart wont need to worry about to many clearance problems with stock going to waste not enough smaller ppl to cater for

β β β β β Went to Manukau as the other branches didnt have stock available. Same experience with staff here as Papatoetoe, Sylvia Park & Botany. Excellent.

β β β β β This place is chaotic when you're waiting in line to pay for your shopping at the kiosk. It's already stressful as it is to do the shopping but to be spoken down to with attitude with moving to a free kiosk is not on. If you're tired or over it don't pass on that negativity to the shoppers. Where's your compassion and empathy on providing customer service? C'mon Kmart Manukau, we know you can do better!

β β β β β go to the botany, Sylvia Park or St lukes kmart until the new one opens (if you can) always a super messy store, they don't have a craft section or stationary section, also the store itself is laid out very weirdly, the staff are either super lovely and helpful or non existent, however the customer service lady that's usually at the check outs or customer service desk is bloody amazing and lovely!

β β β β β Although I had a good mannered conversation. With one of the workers on the phone, when I got to the store they made me wait thinking someone has gone to get my stuff on hold for a good 10 minutes, when another worker saw me still standing and waiting for so long she went to have a look and found my item straight away, no one had me looking for my item!!!
To make things worse the toy truck I had on hold, the whole windscreen was smashed in pieces and cracked in the box, which I had not noticed until after my 3 year old son and I ripped open the box.
Bad experience and low quality item!!
