β β β β β The Service ,& Professionalism from this practice is faultless. They have been my choice of Medical Provider for 20 yrs.
Sometimes seeing a particular GP is not easy, as they are heavily booked in advance but the Admin ladies do their best to accommodate you where possible. This practice is linked to Kawau Bay Med Centre in Snells Bch also. Parking is no problem, wait times run fairly accurately .

The reception staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and the medical staff went above and beyond to ensure that I managed to get my pre-departure Covid19 test with plenty of time to spare before I flew to the UK. The doctor phoned me promptly after I emailed the clinic, and assuaged all my worries about the test. I can't recommend this centre highly enough. Thank you!

β β β β β Wait times have been and continue to be reasonably long both for getting collected for appointments or by the nurse however there are typically a lot of patients at any given time.
I had a deep cut from an animal on my finger and needed to see a nurse. The nurse attending to me today was very friendly and happy to help, listened attentively and gathered necessary information to make best informed decisions. She administered a shot and bandaged the wound quickly and proficiently while keeping me informed. Unfortunately, the wait for a doctor's second opinion was longer than anticipated but was also very helpful and provided medical note for time off work.
I would recommend visiting in person as phone lines are constantly busy, but Val at reception was very helpful and quick to sort book-in and billing.

β β β β β Had another interesting experience with receptionist Jill ( I think) today, she is so rude and constantly talks over you, when I caught her out and she didn't have an answer for me she got very defensive and ended up putting the phone down on me, this has also happened to my partner a while ago by the same receptionist. If you don't want to offer good customer service and can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen. Plenty more well mannered people out there that would be happy with the job

β β β β β incredibly increasingly hard to get an appt. Currently been in the phone queue for 24 minutes listening to recorded message. I'm still at position 6. So annoying. Edit. Finally got through after waiting 45minutes. No appointments available this whole week. SO inadequate.
