Received the correct advice and purchased the product that exactly matched our needs
Have been to the 2 major DIY stores x 4 times and could not get any sense from the so called specialist staff
Those stores appear to hire staff that have virtually no knowledge of what they are selling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang up asking for information on a product that I needed with the very little information I had. I was told it sounded like an old product and that she couldn’t help and said goodbye. I rang mitre10 as I knew they sold wattyl products. I gave him the only information I had (wattyl stalactite e5w) he then went out of his way to find out what that was, turns out stalactite e5w is a colour and that any wattyl product could be to tinted to this colour. Problem solved. Appreciate the help I got from mitre10. Not so much from wattyl.
