★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited outside for hours, then the employees came outside and told us to go to subway and then threw diet cola at us? they said they were understaffed and closed. I said "Okay, thanks for telling us." then when I was walking away they called me a racial slur. It was so bad I can't even repeat it. Breaks my heart. The drinks refreshed us, cured my acne and eczema though so a 5 stars ? I liked it so much I got professional pictures taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently renovated which is a bonus. The old layout was really tacky. Self service kiosk, though could do with more. Can't complain about the service or the food. Both of which was decent. Parking is OK but gets full during peak hours. The restaurant itself was dirty. Could definitely have someone do the cleaning instead of standing behind the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think people complain for the sake of complaint. Yes I had a 20min wait but there was like 10 car a in front of me so that's fair! I always veganise the burgers. No cheese, mayo swap to rebel. Everytime I have no problems, everything is fresh and hot. No complaints here. We will come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to a variety of BK's across Auckland & this store annoys me. The older lady that served me she didn't know I was on the phone (with my brother) whilst ordering, when I was asking my brother to 'what is his order?' (from anyone else standing in line - it probably looked like I was saying what to her as in being rude). I had my mask on and had to speak loud as I couldn't hear myself speaking.... as I was ordering for him instore. This lady was so rude to me. She made me wait to pay for 5 minutes before making me pay. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NO STARS
Food was cold & it wasn't good like other stores like Queen St & Botany BK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I'm happy with my order but tonight I'm very disappointed...I ordered a Double whopper with cheese combo. I get home sat down bit into my burger noticed something wasn't right. Had a look nd my burger was missing its main ingredient THE CHEESE, like really. How could u muss the cheese...not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a local in this area and remember the early days when this bk was an honest business and actually cared about efficiency and performance, but for the past few years i still have not had a decent experience with these guys. Its either the hour long wait time which is normal here now or it be the terrible customer service. I always try give them the benefit of the doubt by going back and getting a snack from here hoping it will be better than last time but nothing changes.
