★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot comment on the staff as I didn't have any interaction with them, (I was there on a tour, so just off the boat and onto a bus), but this place does have a washroom, so if anyone couldn't go on the boat ride over, no need to worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous place to arrive at for your trip to the doubtful sound.This place has clean toilets, cell phone reception and is full of pictorial depictions of the flora, fauna and the history of the region. It's a good place to learn about the Fiordland National Park.

You take a one hour cruise on Lake Manapouri to Wilmot Pass Road station and then take a scenic bus journey of 45 minutes to Deep Cove. Here at Deep Cove you go for another 2hr45minuttes cruise on Doubtful Sound in Fiordland which is most mesmerising presentation of natural beauty. A must experience if you live in New Zealand or visit here. The people and guides who take you there are most amazing and welcoming and will definitely make the journey memorable for everyone on board.
