The word.... factory comes to mind with how this practice deals with it's patients. Long waits as people are triaged, as I've learned from doctor shows, seen based on importance. This wouldn't be so bad if you didn't need to wait up to 45 minutes each appointment. The doctors, majority, themselves aren't too bad, but this is the worst system ever. I understand efficiency, but this is ridiculous. People are reduced to numbers and those nurse visits are annoying.

Dr Saad is the best, really good guy, friendly and caring. The bullsh*t nurses tho, never send my scripts anywhere, I pick up my scripts on Saturdays when I’m off work so when they don’t send it (which is often) I go days without medication (which I most definitely need very much for q slight chance at a normal life)

The staffs and nurse are very professional however, this was my first ever frustrating visit I have with a GP. I have so much respect for doctors but I've never met so one that is incompetent and made me sound like I am lying. She claimed she couldn't understand me and she had to ask a colleague to speak to me. I am not saying my English is perfect but the last time I checked, I got a 7.5 score for my academic IELTS, so I know I can communicate well enough. I booked an appointment because I believe my fibroid from 7 years ago has grown back. I have initially reached out to my specialist to see if I can directly sent an appointment with him but I was advised to go see a GP to have it checked, and so why I'm here. She thought I was there just to get a referral letter for public funding, but I said the funding wouldn't matter because I have a private insurance. How can a GP write a letter without checking the patient??? She also said the words I used "I think it has grown back" doesn't necessary mean that it has grown and she can't check from her end. Then when I later said I can feel a lump, she said I should have said so earlier. But then again isn't it when you "think", you feel something and you won't just go to the doctor to waste people's time and your money. I even have to describe to both of them what my previous GP had done - check for lumps, send for ultrasound then write a referral letter. I even have to read out loud the email correspondence I had with my specialist so they both understand. What is so difficult about the word "check"??? Simple analogy is when you get charged for a higher power bill, one would say "I think I was charged higher than usual", then when you contact their customer service, they would respond "let me check the details...". As a doctor, they are expected to do the same. Not just assume the patients are right all the time and simply write a letter. That's what they are expected to do.

The phone never seems to be answered. I was on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up while at the same time I was driving from Westgate to Ranui. When I reached, I could see the receptionist was not busy yet wasn't answering the call. I tried again in the afternoon but the same thing happened again. Why have a phone line if you are not keen on answering phone calls? I've also been waiting now in the car for over 20 minutes and haven't had anyone see me as yet. This is terrible

Not sure what the problem is but I have been on hold β€œfor the next available representative” for what feels like forever. Three seperate attempts, over three different days, waiting for over 30 minutes. Surely it can’t be that difficult to make an appointment?

This place is the worse. Receptionist need lessons in English on so many levels spent an hour in waiting room for nothing and don't even get me started on the Indian male doctor, what a stressful, disgusting &unpleasant experience.

Called these people twice to book an appointment. The customer service team doesn’t listen at all. I asked them to transfer me to Ranui medical centre. The guy on the call did and no one answered and the call got disconnected. Called them for the second time and I tried explain the lady but she advised that have patience as they are really busy. Dude I am having patience that’s why I was on in a que for an hour. Second time after transferring the call the call got disconnected again. What do you want me to do call you guys again?
