Went here "after hours" 6.30am. Looked like it was fully staffed. There was a surcharge apparently that both receptionist did not mention upon arrival. We would have waited an extra hour until after hours finished. I can't justify $110 to see a Dr for under 10 minites for him to just say, "yes you have had an allergic reaction. Here's a script. Bye". The sad fact is this is going to keep the division between healthcare workers and kiwi's. Healthcare workers are under paid and kiwi's are over charged. So ridiculous.

I came with chest pain, nurse saw me promptly,she was very nice and professional, did ECG,right away. Told me doctor will see me in 20 mnts or so,it is already one hour and still waiting. This IS MY WORST experience,I don't think it is because of staff,MOST PROBABLY BECAUSE OF NOT ENOUGHS DOCTORS .

I wish I can give 0 start. We wait around 3-4 hr to see doctor. After 3 hour we asked reception and guy told us 1 more patients after 30 min again I asked another lady. She told us again 3 more patients. Don't know whts going here. Never recommended this place. After waiting 5 hour doctor came to see.

Worst Clinic ever! Zero star. Waited 3 hrs and later was told to be seen after 3-4 more patients. More than 4 patients were called and still no sign of calling us for our turn. Approached the Indian lady receptionist she was telling me not sure when will be our turn as the arrangement is whoever comes urgent will be seen first (i ask how many more patients in front of me and still no assurance), really rude receptionist probably the same person as most of the other review. This lady should not work as a front desk as most of the patient who comes to the clinic are probably vulnerable and not feeling 100%. Urgent patients should be those who are catching breath, bleeding and really in severe pain/case. If the person comes to replace their cast like most of the patients when I was there (more than 10 after I came and they were all treated first) they should be treated the same as non-urgent. Ridiculous waiting time!

I will give zero star if It will be option then. I was with my 17 months old daughter there. She was having a diarrhoea and vomiting and went there to see the doctor (as my GP was having a covid so I can’t see him). I reached there at 11 am and then see the nurse within 10-12 minute. Then she said you can wait outside and doctor will ask you. My daughter was not ok to sit aa reception so I went into car. I have wait till 2 hour as receptionist told me that it will take 1-1.5 hour but I haven’t got any call from them so I went in side and ask them about what is waiting time now and they said doctor just moved to this side so it will take 45min to 1 hour now. It was a horrible experience. My daughter was super tired and definately, it was not her fault as a baby she can’t wait till 3-4 hours. Doctors and team need to understand this things. I requested receptionist that please can I see the doctor for her and she said we can’t do that you need to wait for a queue. If they told me that it is very long time waiting then I won’t waste my time there. But they just gave me a false hope that it will take maximum 1-1.5 hour and after 2 hour they said it will take more 45 min to 1 hour so how can I trust them.! Better to go any other places. They just want money instead of taking care of people. They don’t even know how to do a service for baby and kid. Horrible experience today.

I have to come in every other week, staff are always helpful and respectful not like the New Lynn branch. It's always a wait... But that's the same everywhere. Good Drs, and I like that despite being very busy all the staff make sure they really listen to ya. Thanks guys. Kathryn.

Worst experience ever. I took my 5 year old son there yesterday with a bleeding head wound. After speaking to the receptionist she gave me documents to fill in and told me to wait outside with my son. I waited 20 min before a nurse saw us only to listen to his heartbeat and check pulse. She didn’t do anything to his bleeding hear wound and told us to go back out and wait for a doctor. I asked how long before I would be seen, and was told between 3 and 5 hours. This is crazy, as my son was still bleeding from his head. She didn’t check his eyes or for concussion. I came home and got the bleeding stopped myself, as 5 hours is crazy to wait with an open head wound that is bleeding.

I took my 11yo son for an emergency matter. We only waited for an hour despite there was quite a lot of people in the waiting room. He was seen by Mike, the nurse because there were only two doctors avail. Very friendly guy. They rang me to check on him around 3am. Good service and very helpful. Thank You!
