★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super mall to visit with great spaces. Has a great selection of shops plus a, countdown supermarket, inside as well. A large variety of foods in the food court and disabled access to all entrances, exits and shops, plus 3 public toilets ( 1 on first floor and 2 on the second.). There are 4 banks plus post shop available. A good sized Warehouse and Farmers stores plus smaller cafes and personal care, massages, haircut and nail salons available at acceptable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parked up at level 4 by the cinema last night and my car was broken into along with 3 other cars on the same level. Security was aware of the teens trying to steal cars from the parking lot and taking them for joyrides. But what I don’t understand is if they are aware of this why weren’t there any security monitoring the car parks?
After I went home angry that I was only in the mall less than 30mins and this happened, my partner came back and parked in the same spot with our other car. Guess what no security monitoring that area after 4 attempted car thefts in that same area.
If you think about going to westcity make sure you have a steering wheel lock or your car will end up like mine and many others awaiting insurance claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shopping mall in Henderson area. It's a multi storied shopping center which covered almost everything. Have lots of parking facilities. Reasonable toilet facilities for visitors and parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bustling, beautiful and huge mall directly next to the train station with pretty much everything you need in one spot, there's Countdown supermarket and so many eateries and stores of all kinds here at much cheaper prices than you'd find closer to the CBD, not a stuck up mall like other malls, a huge diversity of people from all walks of life are here. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, once a buzzing mall is now a very quiet one. Shops have closed down (guessing due to covid). But it's still a nice place. Kids love the $2 shop downstairs where everything is still actually $2 which is a nice thing.
