★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bank, but like many banks customer service can be incredibly slow as only two or three customer assistants. You just have to wait or start again at the back of the queue if you leave. I feel so sorry for elderly customers who do not have internet access.

If Westpac, hires all spiritual people, who are genuinely good at their field of interest, than things will be perfect.:). At the moment, Westpac is the only bank within New Zealand, that is on the right path in terms of service given to the spiritual person. It is not perfect, but they getting there. They have more knowledge interms, of things spiritual people need at the moment. I wish this wonderful bank the best.:).

Wherever I go to counter for deposit they do not want to deal and say go to ATM.and Never smiling but Grumpy face.i want to understand they might be busy.but they shouldn't do that all the time. Seriously Wrong
